Blossom by Being launched this ministry on June 11, 2024, under the leadership of Sister Portia, a graduate of our Journey Through the Heart of God mentorship program (Class of 2024).
We gather on the 2nd Thursday of each month via Zoom. Once you register, you’ll receive a welcome email with all the details on how to join our support group.
This ministry is a sacred space for women navigating the journey of grief. Our foundation is Psalm 73:26— “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”
Our symbol, the Lotus Flower, represents resilience and strength, blooming beautifully even in the most challenging conditions. Across cultures, it has been a symbol of purity, enlightenment, and renewal—growing through muddy waters yet emerging untainted.
Like the Lotus Flower, we believe every woman in our community carries a deep resilience. Through the power of God’s Word and the support of sisterhood, you too can rise and bloom, even in the midst of life’s struggles.
