About Me
As an Acclaimed Christian Life Coach, Author, Pastor, Wife and Mother V. Dixon sits as Co-founder of Elevated Life in Christ Community Church, Harrisburg, PA. Over the last two decades V. Dixon has become a fixture of inspiration, hope and new life, serving as an example to women across the Central PA Region. V. Dixon has turned her humble beginnings in Newark, NJ into an inspirational and philanthropic ministry – educating, equipping and empowering women from all walks of life.
Fueled by a passion for life coaching, character building and spiritual rejuvenation for women of all ages, V. Dixon intertwines spirituality with the practicality of everyday life. Her candid approach engages listeners, provoking them to pursue a lifestyle of integrity, success and happiness. V. Dixon accepted the Lord at an early age and enjoys serving God’s people. Wherever she goes, she strives to be an example of a virtuous woman, encouraging others to reach their full potential in their personal, professional and spiritual lives.
Unashamed to use her life as a teaching mechanism, V. Dixon’s ‘in your face’ messages have drawn thousands of men and women to the word of God. Through her work as a Women’s Ministry leader, Certified Prison Fellowship Trainer at Going for the Gold Re-Entry Program (Dauphin County Prison), and a Dauphin County Human Resources Generalist she aims for excellence in all of her endeavors.
V. Dixon's first book, “From an Oyster to a Pearl”, parallels her life story as it explores the pressures required to create a valuable Pearl. Her latest work, “While in God’s Waiting Room”, was released in 2019 and received rave reviews from critics and media.
V. Dixon continues to produce excellence in all her ministry endeavors. She currently serves as Chaplain Assistant at the UPMC Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute, and she recently received her “Family Recovery Specialist'' Certification from Harrisburg Area Community College. Her life scripture is Jeremiah 29:11 - For I know the plans I have for you, declares The Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

As a Certified Family Recovery Specialist V. Dixon helps individuals and families overcome their struggles with addiction through a unique Clinical and Faith based approach.
